Current• Creator of a globally harmonised database of atmospheric composition observations, entitled GHOST. It represents one of the biggest collections of harmonised measurements of atmospheric composition at the surface, with 7,275,148,646 measurements from 1970–2023, of 227 different components, from 38 reporting networks, being compiled, parsed, and standardised. It represents one of the biggest collections of harmonised measurements of atmospheric composition at the surface, with 7,275,148,646 measurements from 1970–2023, of 227 different components, from 38 reporting networks, being compiled, parsed, and standardised. The work has received external funding from the World Meteorological Organization.• Creator of model evaluation software, entitled Providentia, based in Python and Qt. The software can be used to evaluate atmospheric models with observations, with a variety of modes (e.g dashboard, report generation, model interpolation), and is widely used internally for both research and project applications.• Chair of an observations and evaluation working group, and coordinator of the day to day activities of 3 people under this umbrella.• Key contributions to numerous international research projects (CAMS-50, CAMS-61, CAMS2_40, FOCI, ACTRIS, FRAGMENT).• Research activities have led to 2 first author and 14 co-author publications, as well as presentations at multiple international conferences (e.g. EGU).
