Operation Med School is a one-day conference who's goal is to educate highschool students about the pathway into a career in medicine. At OMS Toronto, students can look forward to a wide variety of professional guest speakers, an informative panel and hands-on activities. In my roles, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of conference planning including:- Lead a team of 8 individuals to organize a conference for 300 students- Develop leads for potential sponsors and speakers- Manage logistics to optimize experience for all parties

The Baycrest-Mackenzie Partnership is an educational partnership between Baycrest Hospital and William Lyon Mackenzie C.I. The partnership helps Mackenzie students become volunteers and also provides educational lab opportunities for students who are taking science courses. In my role I was responsible for:educating Mackenzie students about the benefits of becoming a Baycrest volunteer and outlining the steps they need to take to become one. Host an abridged orientation session special for Mackenzie students. Implement new therapeutic recreation programs at Baycrest to improve quality of life for their residence. Our team implemented a new program named "News and Views" which brings together the residence to have a discussion around the news and current events.

Auris is a start-up company founded by several students with the goal of improving hearing aid technologies. Currently, hearing aids are not meeting the needs of seniors as many of the elderly find hearing aids uncomfortable, expensive and not worth the hassle. With a talented team and a fresh perspective, Auris looks to bring change to the assistive device industry.

TKS is an innovation program designed for students aged 13-17. Guided by world-class mentors, students explore a variety of cutting edge topics including genomics and cryptocurrency. The program not only cultivates a skillset for success, it also exposes high school students to opportunities and environments that are typically reserved for university students and working professionals.

Responsible for registering and managing over 70 clubs at Mackenize. Coordinates club activities with Student Council events and ensure all logistical and legal guidelines are met as set out by Student Council supervisors and school administration. Host biweekly meetings with Club Presidents to update all presidents on upcoming events and address any problems or concerns they may have.
