Built out a dedicated Human Capital training team & developed programs to support the business strategy. Led a global HR team dedicated to the line of business. Successfully led the integration of Putnam employees and other acquisitions to form Mercer's Outsourcing Business. Established and led a global HR team dedicated to Outsourcing. Managed and led the team that opened Mercer's India off-shore facility. This required strategic workforce planning and the redeployment of resources from other global Outsourcing facilities to support the new facility in India. Developed specific Compensation and Benefits programs to support this new workforce. Led the global Outsourcing Recruiting team and implemented a recruiting strategy for this new line of business. Member of both Mercer's Human Resource and Outsourcing Leadership Teams.

Managed and led the US Compensation and Employee Relations teams for Mercer. Chaired Mercer's Global Partnering for Success program and led the global team which implemented the first Automated global Performance Appraisal system for the Company. Pioneered and developed several programs for Mercer in the areas of Employee Engagement, Work-Life, and led the launch of Mercer's first Diversity program. Chaired the Diversity Advisory Committee. Developed and implemented a partnership with DDI to launch the Targeted Selection Program for Mercer. Implemented Mercer's first Assessment program, and Mercer's first multi-source feedback program .
