I am an experienced project/programme manager and have run many projects/programmes across many industry areas. I have experience of running both application implementations and technology projects.I am used to working with all levels within client organisations to ensure that clients are informed of progress/issues and projects are delivered successfully.I have also held the role of Commercial Director where I was responsible for overseeing multiple projects, supporting project/programme managers and assisting with resolving any commercial/delivery issues.Most recently, I set-up and managed a successful Consulting Services Bid Office for SAP, where the team was responsible for managing bid responses, reviewing contracts, writing and negotiating contracts for large deals.
