Direct involvement in the repositioning of the hotel as an InterContinental property. Planning,organizing and managing of Housekeeping, Laundry and Pool. Handle control expenses, monitorperformance, coach, recognize and motivate staff, maintain cleaning & guest suppliesinventories and linen control. Ensure guest requests and complaints are handled appropriatelyguarantying guest satisfaction. Program property walks and inspections.
