I am an IT Consultant who specialises in IT strategies and Cloud Computing. I have over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry and have gained invaluable experience in all sectors.In 1999 I started out in customer services within Dell Computers and then moved into Sales & Marketing in the same company.I decided to go free-lance after this and was hired by a number of companies to do internet/web marketing and sales for them. During this time I designed a number of websites but focused my efforts on trying to reap the financial rewards of the internet age.In 2005 I started an IT Maintenance & Support business and as Managing Director I employed 5 staff. During the next 3 years we tended to the IT support needs of many small businesses within the South Dublin and Co Wicklow areas.In 2009 I merged my company with another IT Maintenance & Support company and we continue to service the IT needs of many businesses on the east coast of Ireland through remote and onsite support.Over the past 5 years especially we have gradually migrated many of our customers to a more affordable and flexible Cloud environment. Our product line solutions include: Hosted Exchange, Online Backup, Cloud Folders, Cloud Security, Web Hosting etc.Recently IT Consultancy has become a major part of our business and I am currently contracted by a number of businesses.
