Mr. Grenier came to SAP Canada after the Y2K targeted customers made their decision to change their systems. From 1999, Customers of SAP were driven by value over necessities. In this climate of “show me the value”, Mr. Grenier succeeded in developing new and existing customers based solely on value.Leveraging a mobilized workforce through efficient Business Processes supported by SAP technology, Mr. Grenier was able to contribute to the transformation of these organizations.Business Partners of Mr. Grenier included Hydro-Quebec, Videotron, Gazmetro, Canadian National Railways, amongst others.

Reporting to the Vice-President, Eastern Canada, responsible for all activities related to a third of the Montreal area territory, including sales of recurring services, renewal of long-term contracts, customer relations, territory growth and profitability. Team was comprised of six voice representatives, one data representative, two after-sales support specialists and one administrative assistant.

Reporting to the Sales Director, I was responsible for managing a territory comprised mainly of manufacturing companies in the Province of Quebec. Main tasks include prospecting, qualification, needs assessment, demonstrations, presentation of offers and negotiation.

Reporting to the President as a Sales Director, I was responsible for hiring, coaching, training, evlauating, lead to success and potentially let go sales ressources. I made a point to teach and complement skills of ressources working for me.
