As an Information Technology engineer with almost 3 years of experience in computer networking and enterprise pre sales engineering, I am happy to introduce my roadmap of my career. I am currently employed as a Enterprise Product Manager & Presales Engineer, where I configure and design day-to-day server and storage solutions for large companies and government institutions. To get more familiar with the vendor's products and expand my knowledge I successfully passed the Dell's certifications exams for Dell EMC Associate - PowerEdge version 2.0, Dell Endpoint Security Credential 2022 and Core Client Curriculum 2022.As my resume indicates I also worked at Virtual1, a British Internet Service provider as a Network Support engineer providing technical support, troubleshooting and resolving network related issues for customers all over UK. To further improve my skills in the area I passed the certification exams for Juniper's Juniper Networks Certified Associate and Fortinet's Network Security Expert 1, Network Security Expert 2 and Network Security Expert 3.While being employed at Virtual1 I also had the opportunity to work on and investigate spam and abuse emails, where the main goal was discovering the source and informing the registered company regarding the case in order to take further security measures, monitoring core devices and checking for misconfigurations. This experience has provided me with a great chance to further develop my knowledge and helped me to improve my analytical skills which are necessary for support related roles. My ability to cooperate with teams and individuals has allowed me to grow and be eager to chase new responsibilities and I believe that with my knowledge in computer networks and system infrastructure, and with my passion for expanding my knowledge as well as my experience in delivering efficient and effective customer support.
