With over 25 years of Program, Proposal and Capture Management experience, currently driving campaigns to secure high-value pursuits across a broad base on DoD customers. As a Capture Manager, oversee and coordinate Strategic Planning, Capture Strategies for specific opportunities, Customer Acquisition Shaping, and Teaming strategies. Collect and accurately present the opportunity / business case at executive management reviews to facilitate good business decisions. Identify Key Customers who influence and/or make procurement decisions regarding assigned captures. Develop close working relationships with key customers to understand their mission requirements, CONOPS, acquisition plans and hot buttons necessary to develop effective capture strategies. Develop and deliver effective customer presentations to influence customer requirements and shape acquisition plans to the benefit of Raytheon. Identify Key Competitors and ethically gather competitive intelligence to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and capture strategies necessary to develop effective win strategies for Raytheon. Lead Color Team Activities such as: Black Hat, Blue Team, Pink Team, and Red Team in support of Captures and proposals. Lead the Capture / Proposal Team in the generation of a winning proposal in response to customer RFPs. Generate white papers, presentations and proposals in response to Customer RFIs, BAAs and other solicitations. Remain fully accountable for all activities related to the strategic pursuits
