Oversee four sites in the US and Canada. • Realized a 30% productivity improvement in headcount through implementation of lean concepts and daily management processes. • Advanced customer OTD from 80% to 98% in 15 months. This includes 99% same day shipments for spare parts, 95% capital equipment delivery, and 98% for lab testing consumables.• Reduced Inventory by 43% in 2009. Achieved a $2MM OPEX reduction due to improved equipment utilization• Implemented tracking processes to account for $25MM of capital equipment at customer locations. Inventory accuracy at 100%• Led operations network strategy which is resulting in $1MM annual savings in facility costs• Implemented logistics changes resulting in $1.9MM in transportation savings (28% expense reduction)

Reported to the Group President. Responsible for manufacturing operations supporting Custom Tray and Standard Kit assembly operations (annual sales $950 million). Oversee 2,800 employees in six sites, including international operations. Accountable for manufacturing, service, supply chain, inbound/outbound logistics and cross dock operations, purchasing, HR, engineering, facilities, quality, and environmental health and safety.

Reported to the Division VP Manufacturing. Accountable for manufacturing operations in multiple Sterile Kitting plants. Responsible for network manufacturing, service levels, inventory, quality, and plant operations.
