At Polaris I was something of a one person sales support organization. My primary responsibility was doing sales demonstrations of the Polaris Integrated Library System; however, I also filled Administrator roles for both Salesforce and our Sales Department servers.At my recommendation Polaris created a service product where client libraries could contract with Polaris to have us customize their PowerPAC - the web-based online catalog. On top of my other Sales Engineer duties I then assumed responsibility for actually performing and supporting the customization projects as they arose.
