My career spans more than four decades in the food industry, where I used my marketing background to help guide my teams to record sales and profits. I have broad experience managing people and organizations through all economic climates. My strengths are my positive attitude and approach to people and business along with a focus on strategic planning. I have had extensive experience in successfully working with family-owned businesses. A forward thinker, I always considered the impact of my actions and the effect they had on the company, employees and customers.I have broadened my reach and am now a Vistage Chair. In this role, I draw on my extensive experience as a CEO to facilitate a group of high-caliber leaders as they help each other grow their businesses. In monthly meetings, CEOs, business owners, and key executives serve as a private sounding board, collaborating to process tough challenges and examine exciting opportunities.
