As part of the Experienced Resources team, I have accepted the role of Interim Executive Director of Pharmacy at St Croix Regional Medical Center in St Croix Falls, Wisconsin.

Assisted the North Pine Area Hospital District in their work with Essentia Health on negotiating a new lease.

As Administrator of this small rural hospital and healthcare center, I was responsible for all aspects of operation. The facility included approximately 260 staff (180 FTE's) with annual revenue of approximately $30 million. We developed a great Admin Team who achieved acclaimed performance for rural hospitals. This rural hospital boasts one of the finest staffs I have had the priveledge to lead.

Worked as Director of Pharmacy when Pine Medical Center became a Critical Access Hospital. Took over as Interim CEO in October of 2009, and as CEO for Pine Medical Center in January 2010
