Mr. McCarthy is a Lehigh Valley native and has practiced law in the Lehigh Valley for over 15 years, representing numerous business organizations (including hospitals and colleges), developers and individuals in real estate, construction, land development, zoning, corporate law and other matters.A founding member of Davison & McCarthy, P.C., he was formerly a partner in one of the 100 largest national law firms, where he was managing partner of the Lehigh Valley office for a number of years. Mr. McCarthy clerked for the Honorable Delores Sloviter, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. McCarthy worked several years in property management and real estate sales of residential, commercial and investment properties. He also worked with developers and real estate brokers and franchisors/franchisees.Mr. McCarthy is the managing partner of Davison & McCarthy, P.C. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lehigh County Bar Associations.
