The Restorative Justice Coordinator supports responses to youth behavior that reduces reliance on room confinement, identifies reintegration plans when youth are temporarily removed from their peers, and performs these functions within the context of a comprehensive case management system. The Restorative Justice Coordinator position is responsible for youth care coordination through a case management approach, initial assessment and classification of youth upon admission, behavioral support, and applying principles of restorative justice and trauma-informed care.
