I managed a team that performed over 24 various resiliency tests per yearincluding database DR testing, Application DR testing, Building DR testing.We also managed 3 large events per year which are: 3rd Party SIFMA test;Large scale datacenter test; Out of Region Resiliency and Recovery Test.My team managed end to end planning of all large scale resiliency eventsincluding post mortem review and post event action follow up and closeout.My team performed large facilities power down and power up recovery incollaboration with facilities electrical maintenance.

I built our 10 week resiliency testing planning cycle which includes,planning leading up to event, identifying key assets and team members,testing, post testing action items, evidence collection and upload plan.I built the centralized testing process and plan for over 300 databaseservers which are co hosting over 1000 applications. Building this includedautomating evidence collection, building SQL reports for identifying keydatabases, applications, tiers which must test annually, then building anannual testing schedule plan.
