Growing up I would spend hours at a time in my room diving into the latest sports statistics and player bios to assemble teams out of my basketball cards based on the concept of putting together the strongest teams. The goal was to find players that complemented each other in a symbiotic way to build championship caliber dynasties. Today I have expanded this passion of assembling teams on the court into creating world class teams in the workplace in the automotive industry!My passion for finding the top talent for an organization stems from a deep desire to understand the skills, personality, and work styles that are needed to succeed not only today but into the future with changing technologies and market conditions. Then apply a carefully devised communication and tactical roll-out strategy of finding and attracting those individuals to a cause that motivates them and provides value to others that we are in business to serve. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to work with two of the most respected names in industry and academia with Honda and Ohio State respectively to live out my passion for team building!I thoroughly enjoy talking to students to understand their background, motivation, and career interests and align those attributes to career opportunities. I am determined to help people launch successful careers and find meaning and joy in their work! This is what drives me every day!
