Conduct Value Stream Mapping Exercises, Business Process Mapping Exercises, Problem Solving Events, and Root Cause Analysis Working Sessions to help gain insights of challenges faced by the business and make the most informed decisions on which issues to tackle first.Create and manage technologies to automate businesses process by using Machine Learning and AI concepts.
