Supervise and train other members in the department to ensure and improve competence. Also that compliance with company and client policies and procedures are in place. Navigate, in good co-operation with the Officer of the Watch, and the ROV team, the vessel and sub sea equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Liaise with other departments and client representatives to ensure smooth operation

Main responsibility was for the Project Management and Administration of a Virtual server farm. This self contained Active Directory domain is used for the testing of new server software solutions for the business. Working with a team of developers, I oversee the installation and configurations of all software required, and then document the findings for reporting to the Director
