Pre-Commissioning, commissioning and start up of a 5x2 (711MW)combined cycle power plant to suppport a mid-scale modular LNG plant. 5 GE Frame 7E.03 gas turbines along with 5 associated 3 pressure heat recovery steam generators(Non-Reheat) with horizontal gas path design and supplementary firing for steam production to supply HP, IP and LP superheated steam to 2 GE A-200 steam turbines. Also all balance of plant systems associated with these systems

Monitor all rotating equipment, pumps, natural gas compressors, high and low pressure vessels, heated vessels, control and adjust flow rates, repair valves, gauge off sale points, check chemical rates and injection points, pull samples, keep inventory of all chemicals on location, bring oil and gas wells online, daily paperwork, monitor control loops from PLC systems, coordinate with construction and other third party personnel, Quarterly testing of Saftey systems.

Line up valves and pumps for process operations, coordinate with other employees to determine off spec materials to reprocess it to make quality rubber, adjust temperatures and pressure within the unit, monitor unit using PLC control systems(Allen Bradley and Rockwell), lock out/tag out for maintenance and repairs, monitor chemical totes and rates.
