At Lawyers Development I am a part of a team that purchases high rise buildings, acquires tenants, and renovates to serve tenant needs. I have worked closely with my leadership and peers on project teams consisting of the building owners, tenants, architects, engineers and contractors.I oversee projects on site working with my leadership laying out HVAC design, VAV type and placement. I manage major building repairs to MEP and disaster clean up, and I work with contractors and customers to put floors and spaces back together after floods and other disasters. I have managed major equipment replacement including large air cooled and water cooled chillers and assisted in overseeing boiler replacement. I am currently managing a project replacing three 7million BTU steam boilers with hot water boilers. I have had 7 years of experience working on projects at these properties: Leveque Tower on 50 West Broad St., CC13 at 200 Civic Center Dr., Bicentennial Civic Center at 250 Civic Center Dr., the W17 building at6700 North High Street, 5th/3rd Bank at 3800 Dublin- Granville Rd., and Riverside10 at 1600 Dublin Rd. I worked at Ohio Health for almost 7 years as lead HVAC/R Tech. I performed many different tasks there including:• I worked by myself and with my peers on customer service objectives. I received many customer service awards while I was employed at Grant Medical Center.• I was a part of hiring committees for our department's new hires.• I was involved outside of my department with new hire orientations. I spoke with new hires from other departments during their orientations about customer service objectives.• Maintaining building systems for patient comfort.• Traveling throughout all five hospitals in the Central Ohio area as a Lead Chiller Tech.• I was a part of many department committees looking inward at our department, and how we could save money on utilities, projects, and day to day processes.• Worked with management and my peers on projects.• Looking over prints for new build outs.• Sizing new equipment for replacements and new build outs.
