Responsible for the accountability and maintenance of over $23.5million worth of installation and organizational property. Prepares future plan from 1 to 5 years out, while simultaneously focusing on the day to day operations. Creates a leader development program that makes a substantial contribution to the units ability to train effectively and accomplish the mission. Builds a culture created in trust and purpose.

Serves as Aide-de-Camp to the Assistant Adjutant General of The Ohio Army National Guard. Responsible for handling all correspondence, providing security to the General, performing routine activities, preparing trip itineraries, coordinating protocol events, and other tasks as assigned by the General.

As the Training Officer/Operations Officer for the 112th Transportation Battalion, I oversaw and facilitated the fusion of information beween different echelons, direct/track operations and planning requirements for an organization of over 800 personnel. Primarily responsible for leading their platoons in carrying out the plan for each day, as directed by superior officers. Working with NCOs and staff NCOs to train infantry platoons, usually consisting of 16 to 44 soldiers, in field exercises and combat discipline. Although non-commissioned officers such as corporals and sergeants provide more hands-on instruction to ground troops during combat training, I oversee operational results and improvise standard operating procedures accordingly, with the approval of superior officers.

The Managed Repair Representative completes vehicle damage estimates and/or oversees the estimatic quality of repair facilities. The Managed Repair Representative ensures the estimates are accurate and in accordance with the terms of Progressive's policy contracts, Progressive's Physical Damage Standards, and state regulations. The Managed Repair Representative works with the repair shops to facilitate timely completion of repairs and to ensure the quality of repairs meet customer and Progressive expectations.
