I started TechNectics Solutions in June of 2018 with the intention of providing a place to assemble the best technical expertise and to provide that expertise as a service to build customer solutions. Previous employer, Netech was acquired by Presidio. Job role and function has not changed from what I was doing at Netech. I have continued to lead projects with Cisco UCS, including Nimble and Pure Storage, connected via iSCSI or Cisco MDS SAN switches. I also lead a project last year and into this year to deploy a Cisco iWAN global WAN for one our lager.

Server as principle network network engineer in the Network Infrastructure group at Fifth Third Bank. Successfully completed major upgrades of all primary data centers including all primary switching and routing platforms, and most access layer switching. Created a custom application with MySQL back-end database for inventory and asset tracking and.

For the first four years I worked as the principal network architect on the GE-TSG Global MPLS WAN. This included design and build-out of the next-generation WAN, as well as developing several customer tools to better monitor and manage the environment. The job required a high level of technical knowledge, but also a high level of political savvy, to keep.

Primary responsibilities include design and maintenance of data systems for Student Loan Xpress.Implemented VPN based WAN which improved WAN performance over old MPLS solution by factor of 10, while reducing cost by half.Also charged with developing corporate NOC to monitor all aspects of IT operations for internal alerting, and for various audit.

Designed and implemented voice-over-IP solutions to meet customer needs, and provided project management to ensure smooth transition from current systems to new systems.Worked as a high-level network engineer to deploy Cisco CallManager based voice systems. I worked extensively with CallManager

Provided leadership to junior and mid-level network staff, including mentoring and meeting their training needs.Provided high-level technical skills for the maintenance and support of Trimble's global VPN-WAN and Cisco VoIP installation. In addition I worked to improve security and functionality of the wireless network, improved security and network.

Worked with other departments within the company to accurately identify needs and develop cost-effective IT solutions to business needs.Designed and implemented a large multi-service, multi-national network, using mostly Cisco hardware and software.Assisted in design and development of enterprise Network Operation Center (NOC) for monitoring all systems.

Pre-Sales, design and maintenance of the network infrastructure for Broadwing customers. Performed protocol analysis, network assessment, security audits and troubleshooting on primarily Cisco networks.Implemented voice and data systems to meet customer needs.

Project work on Cisco powered networks for fortune 500 corporations. Largest project was for Visa Credit cards USA. (see below)

Pre-Sales, design and maintenance of Network infrastructures for Linc customers. Installed and maintained NetWare and Windows NT servers. Primary resource at Linc for network security and Internet access.
