I have over 10 years of experience serving in public safety. I have performed in many roles as a an Asst. fire chief and president, law/fire/EMS telecommunicator and trainer, systems administrator for records management/CAD/GIS solutions, multi-agency training coordinator and as 911 Director. Upon joining InterAct, I served as the Customer Care Manager for my region where I was responsible for customer satisfaction, managing customer needs and assisted with training opportunities as needed for seven states. I am currently serving as the Director of Training Services to ensure the team is providing comprehensive, dynamic and interactive training courses that allows users to fulfill their missions. All of our training programs are presented with the highest degree of integrity, competence, quality and professionalism to ensure we fulfill our vision and obligation to our customers.
