Provided day to day oversite and direction for the Audio Visual Department to include set-up, operation and Inventory of all audio visual equipment.Together with the Audio Visual Event Producers, perform needs analysis with client event planners to determine their individual needs for on or off site production as it relates to audio visual technical support.Work with audio visual event producers prior to, the day of and during events to ensure the proper equipment and staffing are available.Make real time adjustments when necessary.

Coordinate all client and in house event audio visual needs while providing the highest quality customer service. Supervise and direct Housekeeping and Houseman staff. Manage and maintain al A/V equipment, to include preparing budget for and ordering new equipment.

Technical Director for the Tops In Blue (TIB) touring entertainment showcase, the Air Force World Wide Talent competition and all special local, national and international entertainment programs produced by Air Force Entertainment.Responsible for facilitating training of the technical staff to fully support TIB Rehearsals, tours and special entertainment events in audio, lighting, staging, video and special effects resulting in more than 150 performances for more than 1 million servicemen and women and civilians in more than 30 countries and locations..Responsible for research, evaluation, and recommendations leading to the procurement of equipment maintaining pace with the civilian entertainment industry.Control and maintain all branch fixed assets consisting of more than 1600 equipment items and two buildings resulting in zero loss and 100% passed inspections
