Current- Lead global sustainability strategy and program with direct from our senior leadership CSR Steering Committee – developed our CSR Roadmap to 2030 - Manage and develop the annual sustainability reporting (added over 60 pages of new disclosures) – developed the first GRI, SASB, and TCFD-aligned reports and first EcoVadis submission - Leading CSRD compliance and reporting - Support internal and external sustainability communications plans- Manage the annual materiality and peer benchmarking process – implemented the first third-party materiality assessment- Develop responses to key ESG surveys and ratings agencies (ISS, MSCI, and Sustainalytics) – saw an increase from BB to AA on MSCI score- Respond to incoming investor questions/requests for information on ESG program- Role reports directly into the C-Suite and I provide frequent briefings to Executive Team and to the Nominating and Governance and Audit Committee of the Board of Directors
