    As an Oracle/Eloqua Partner, MarketingCube provides Marketing Automation solutions across A/NZ. My role is to support clients and to ensure they maximise their investment with Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud.I do this in a number of ways, as Customer Success Director I spend much of my time either with customers face to face or supporting them via phone calls or ZOOM. I spend a lot of time at the whiteboard and then help them move those ideas to the Eloqua Campaign Canvas.I help them take advantage of the richness of the Oracle CX Marketing Eloqua platform helping them embed process into their marketing plans.As the Marketing Director at Marketing Cube, I do much the same thing for our own business. I'm using Eloqua daily to develop and build campaigns as well as understand how people are engaging with us across our various digital assets.Lead generation is a big part of that role. I firmly believe this can only come about as we deliver value to our prospects and insight to our customers. What we share has to help them solve their business problems.We also work extensively with various partners, chiefly of those being Oracle. This is often in the context of pre-sales support but also through joint campaigns.
