Derreck is an administrator and an implementer who examines businesses holistically to determine their L&D gaps, works with them to honor their corporate missions and hone their corporate cultures. His educational background covers a diverse group of the social sciences from Psychology, Political Science to a wide range of cultural studies from Guilford College, North Carolina. He also holds a Master’s in Education from Sacred Heart University, CT.His personal life-change came in 2007 when he was hired as a Consultant to help update the Shanghai education system by integrating certain methodological practices that would effectively enhance its already storied global status. He’s lived in China since and has focused the last 10 years on training and mentoring myriad Fortune 500 employees from numerous industries, departments and all levels.
