Tom is a professional coach specialising in personal branding, communication skills, leadership and decision-making, team management and resilience. My coaching framework is psychodynamic and based on humanistic ideas and a relational coaching approach.Based in London, I have lived and worked extensively in EMEA and APAC – principally with HSBC and Lloyds. For the last ten years I have been delivering training and coaching focused on enhancing performance – with individuals, on storytelling, networking, navigating political organisations and driving change or invigorating and inspiring teams.With an approach informed by an education in psychology and a personal emphasis on organisational behaviour, learning patterns and building self belief; I attempt to bring creativity and ingenuity to the learning process. Often working on building confidence, rapport and relationships.As a coach, I want to provide a relational space to create a thinking environment for my clients in which they can explore their challenges and goals.
