 Assists the Surgicenter staff with OR equipment set-up at the start of and during the day. Works in conjunction with the Senior Biomedical Equipment Technician to ensure that scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, incidental repairs, calibrations, safety checks, performance verifications, evaluations, modifications, fabrications and installation of equipment follows established policies and procedures. Maintain oxygen tanks and supplies for unit. Serve as a resource person for the daily operational issues affecting the Surgical Service equipment and flow.
