Established an Agile community of practice (CoP) that included all of the company’s product and program managers to create a collaborative environment that was used to build and update the company’s project management standards of practice across all teams, providing leadership with consistent metrics that they could use to estimate potential roadmap work and cost.Originally hired to manage all of the Corp IT teams but quickly took over all of the operations teams to include Systems, Networking, Cloud Application, Dev Ops/Infrastructure, and Information Security. Managed a large-scale project to enhance our company’s network infrastructure that spanned across six sites within the United States. Established a detailed program plan to manage the work as a whole with individual communication and project plans for each site allowing for easy and consistent tracking of priorities, budget, dates, risks, and issues.Facilitate monthly business reviews with our executive leadership to discuss each of my six teams' OKRs, budget, current and upcoming projects, major blockers, and any leadership requests. Adding this level of transparency with our executive leadership has helped the team and the company ensure that we are working on the highest priority items first and resolving issues quickly to keep the company moving in a positive direction.

Managed multiple teams for our contracted client MUFG utilizing Agile methodologies via Scrum, Safe, Lean, and RIAD to help my team run as a high-performing Scrum team, before our client started its acquisition with another bank. Managed all frontend and backend development for all of the customer-facing platforms for our contracted client. The team consistently reached a ninety percent completion rate for every two-week sprint prior to the team being dissolved.Managed all regulatory work for our contracted client’s single sign-on platform for both retail and commercial banking as this work was required for the acquisition from the new bank. The team consistently reached an eighty-five percent completion rate for our two-week sprints.Worked with multiple teams within our contracted client to help them develop their own Agile identity that worked best for their team and helped them start working toward a collective working agreement allowing them to transition from traditional project management to Agile.

Utilizing Agile project management methodologies effectively guided my team, based in multiple locations within the United States, Australia, Sri Lanka, and India. Managed the largest recruiting marketing (RMK) build in SAP history to date. This included managing forty-seven internal resources and eight separate external third-party vendors over the course of one and a half years with a total budget of $2.8 million dollars. Managed the largest technical debt reduction effort in company history. Coordinating efforts between twenty-three individual internal teams and seven external vendors with a total budget of $43.9 million dollars. Worked closely with multiple product owners in backlog management and refinement to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery that correlated to the company’s vision, mission, and goals. Educated, lead, and reinforce the Agile mindset and methodologies using Scrum and Kanban with team members and stakeholders, addressing problems through risk management and planning. Helped start, lead, and participate in multiple groups within the company like a community of practice (CoP), company culture group, and veterans service group.

Managed the on and off-site development and infrastructure team that provided technical architecture, infrastructure, design, development, and support of the companies F5 load balancing and server management system.Worked with Symantec to develop an automated SSL Cert renewal process, saving both companies time and money by reducing the amount of time needed to renew online Certs to only ten percent of the time needed before this process.
