General Sales Manager - South East Asia

The constant development of materials, systems and total solution concepts have earned Ranpak a reputation as an innovative leader in the packaging industry.In this role I am mainly responsible for the business development of South East Asia Market through existing and new distributor network. Driving protective packaging solutions for 3PL Logistics, E Commerce, Automotive, Aviation, Industrial Components, Furniture & Homeware, Electronics & Semiconductor industry.• Manage a team of 5 Ranpak’s Accounts Manager and 13 distributors across South East Asia• Growing sales revenue from EUR884K to EUR2.2M in 2022, with record sales of EUR3.6M in 2021.• Identify and expanding new distribution channels in the SEA region by recruiting 5 new distributors between 2020-2021• Optimizing and improving sales activities in market with the support of data from CRM and weekly reporting from sales team • Monthly review meetings with key distributors to support them on sales activities in market and review activities and progress, develop strategies together• Collaborate with distributors and marketing to generate new leads via various exhibitions in the region
