Product Manager
• Convene market research and establish trends on technological development and disruption to industry, in doing so, identify existing functional gaps and potential opportunities; thereafter, facilitate product conceptualization, feasibility study, and market validation.• Support the planning of product blueprint from concept, including development roadmap, resourcing, and implementing the end-to-end product development framework, comprising the corresponding literatures of whitepaper, brochure, release notes, requirements specifications, and acceptance test procedures, and user guide.• Work with software development and testing team on the end-to-end product software development lifecycle. In doing so, support the product manager in fine-tuning the product roadmap incorporating feedbacks from end-users, sales and pre-sales teams.• Work with marketing and sales (account management) teams on the product marketing and launching.• Helmed online & offline events, product launches & campaigns, led with cross-functional teams on GTM, development & testing on end-to-end product software development lifecycle.
