Creative Director
CurrentThe Creative Director interprets complex market problems and internal solutions through design. Regularly interfacing with senior leadership, the Creative Director has a deep understanding of Availity’s place in the market and how we provide solutions. The Creative Director provides art direction, graphic design services, environmental branding, presentation development, and budget management for the marketing & communications team. This role also oversees photography, video production services, and manages an enterprise wide stock image/video library working/contracting with appropriate vendors as needed. In partnership with the Corporate Communications Manager, the role plans and manages Corporate Communications print and promotions budgets to support routine sales requests, special events, premiums, and trade shows. As part of daily work, the Creative Director is responsible for designing and updating print-ready layouts for a variety of projects, including sales literature, direct mail, white papers, advertising and more as well as creating and updating graphics for Web, social media, and presentations. The Designer must be able to work effectively under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment. This is a second level manager with a broad knowledge of the field and proven leadership skills. This position is also responsible for supervising (hiring, goal setting, appraisal, development, and day-to-day coaching).
