Main point of contact, sold the programme, updated outside provider DIT, communicated with development advisors and encouraged them to push the programme to clients. Project coordinator assisted with planning, organising and execution of events and programme finales targeting a diverse range of up to 30 client companies across sectors.  Assisted with application process for a number of programmes, online applications (Survey Monkey & Events force), communication, evaluation panel, selection, award of places, letter of offers and notifying unsuccessful applicants. Developed a targeted marketing plan to recruit up to 1,000 companies for the Excel at Export Selling Series. Tailored communication based on specific needs identified through the application process. Budget administration including raising requisitions using Oracle. Acted as the multiple point of contact for multiple programmes, which included corresponding with potential clients and feeding any valuable information back to the programme managers.
