- Created and lead execution of functional, regression, smoke and accessibility testing plans for Walk-Up and Service Portfolio Management Applications- Used Jenkins to identify, investigate and resolve automated test failures for overnight builds

ServiceNow makes the world of work, work better for people.Part of the App-ITSM San Diego team worked on ServiceNow's Walk-Up Experience application- Solely responsible for improving user experience for remote support of the Walk-up app by finding and debugging defects- Creating and automating test cases for new features and functionality added to Walk-up- Participated in ServiceNow's intern hackathon with 3 other interns placing first out of 30 teams

AppSheet (part of Google Cloud): the intelligent no-code platform - Determined requirements and implemented unit tests in JavaScript for the Action Block Runner- Captured UI tests of browser interaction with the app editor and core view types- Built an automated integration test system that generates Selenium scripts from recorded browser interactions with the app editor and runs them on BrowserStack within a CI/CD pipeline
