In my role as Chief Commercial Officer at Medan Airport (Indonesia), I lead the commercial transformation and business development in line with the vision set out for the first strategic partnership in the airport sector in Indonesia.Shareholder nominated board member (Key Management Personnel) overseeing the overall operation of the joint venture, with specific responsibility for delivering ambitious business development and revenue targets. My responsibilities include regulated (airlines) and non-regulated passenger revenues across services, food and beverage, retail and duty free.Revenue responsibility of over ~$80 million (existing) with strong growth ambition. Achieved multiple firsts for the airport including direct scheduled flights connection to Qatar, Chennai and new F&B concepts, walk-through duty-free stores among others
