I have been collaborating with Farfetch now as a Senior Stylist after 5 years in London where I have been Store Manager for Suitsupply London and having worked in the Fashion industry for over 18 years. As the Store Manager, I was responsible for all areas of sales which included manage and training the team, deal with complaints, understanding the product and how to maximise sales as well as maintenance of the store. My role also entails analysing sales data to uncover any trends and identify new information and industry changes. As a senior member of the firm, I was trusted with recruiting sales representatives, achieve sales targets, monitoring achievements and client feedback. My passion for tailoring, customer service and commitment to succeed resulted in achieving sales exceeding the monthly/weekly targets and a customer service rate above 95% excellence increasing the annual turnover 40%.I collaborated as a Senior Fashion Designer in the Portuguese textile industry before moving to London. During this time I gained valuable experience working within design teams and gained knowledge of the whole end to end process of the production line, factories, workers and buyers as well as understanding how this impacts and relates to the fashion industry. My current collaboration with Farfetch as a Senior Stylist is where I find myself at home. Creating imagery/content that will drive sales through representing the Farfetch DNA combined with the various brands concepts is an everyday challenge where I see myself with the work team thriving. As a senior member I see myself trusted with supporting the team, Styling Deputy and Lead in the most various occasions and needs. I see myself in the future giving my input in training the team being a People Developer.
