I am an engaging educator, mentor, advocate and advisor who is a dedicated and passionate life-long learner that is highly motivated and results-oriented, with over 18 years of experience in education and curriculum development. Solid goal-driven professional committed to the success of all people without exception and supporting them in discovering their full potential. I lead with empathy, compassion, and a growth mindset with superior interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful relationships with students, staff, and parents. My greatest strength is also my greatest weakness, and that is empathy. I feel others' feelings. While I do not ever pretend to know what they are going through, I can empathize with them and want to help them make a difference and change it. I am looking to take this experience, passion and growth mindset and expand my own horizons and step outside of the classroom. My experience in education has taught me that I will be a life long learner with a growth mindset looking to share my skills, resources and experiences to grow and expand my professional repertoire.
