CurrentLead compensation administration of Sales Incentive plans across the organization by facilitating the annual sales incentive compensation cycle from design to deployment for all teams.Maintain an in-depth understanding of rationality and strategy involving all sales incentive plans, calculations, and cost models.Tactically calculate complex commission incentive payments to sales personnel based on incentive plans.Facilitate activities necessary for the development implantation, communication and administration of sales commission or incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas.
