I am a student with an Associate of Science Degree in general studies who also has interests in math, the natural sciences, including biology, as well as hands-on research. I am also a member of a private honors society titled Phi Theta Kappa and participated in the National Honors Society. I am passionate about helping ecosystems and all that live within them. I enjoy researching the conditions and habits of wildlife to preserve them from human activity. Despite my age, I have an extensive employment history that dates back to the age of 15. Whether it was working through high school, a summer-hire at a factory, or a college work study while I completed my degree, I was able to polish my work ethic and become a valuable team member through multiple positions.I am searching for experience to presently contribute to my future career fields which regard animal and environmental sciences. I intend to pursue my education further to achieve a bachelor’s degree in biology, specifically ecology or zoology, or environmental science. From a career interest and personality assessment based on the Holland Code, I fell into the categories of conventional, investigative, artistic and realistic. These support my interests in life and describe me accurately as one who uses observations and rationale to reach conclusions, can manage data/objects in efficient and structured ways, as well as work practically and creatively with my hands.
