As a Customer Service Specialist at A. P. Moller - Maersk I am responsible for Investigating EDI/IT failures, root cause analysis, and drive resolution with IT and supporting functions to improve the customer experience. Point of contact for customer to address and resolve problems. Receive and compile daily reports for specific customers. Prepare weekly update for customers to send to management regarding the weekly activity. Setup and monitor daily reports to drive operational performance and identify areas for opportunity across the network with other products. Assist in peak season planning and assist customer to handle exceptions and track and trace for all shipments. Communicate to the customer where required as a single point of contact in support to the operations, IT, and director. Case Management monitoring to ensure we meet the KPI and collaborate and communicate with facilities to drive operational performance.
