Attended out of state conferences, networked with librarians from different states and presented on my internship in the fall. Implemented my home library's first gender and sexuality alliance. Hosted weekly meetings, deescalated hostile patrons, and provided a safe space for around 10 LGBTQIA+ teen patrons.
