Account Management• Support the Account Planning process - work with GCSPs, BDEs and Account Managers to ensure that account-centric business plans are developed and implemented• Manage Account team reporting, perform sales/ business analysis to track the account's key performance indicators such as revenue, margins and pipeline against the plan• Track Revenue plan and regularly review against established milestones and targets• Create data visualization dashboards that help in analysis and derive insights for key business decisions• Get account information from research tools like Factiva, Company InfoGator, D&B Hoovers and Thomson ONE,• Support account for the development of Annual account business plan, which involve extensive research of each focus region’s growth strategy, targets, challenges, priorities and competitive landscape. • Develop content for Account newsletter with latest business updates to enable pursuit team with account knowledge• Understand EY client programs and co-develop thought leadership distribution plans • Support the management of the EY client feedback program [ASQ and ESQ]

Working for the Finance & Accounting support services from the Global shared services of EY as Engagement Administrator with focus on key areas such as Client & engagement code set up, invoicing, fee maintenance and time sheet submission of clients. Preparing various customized engagement reports based on clients requirement.

The nature of my work is to assist customers in their Financial Investment and to provide them suitable portfolios which will suit their Investment criteria.
