After high school I had worked at Pizza hut off and on for several years as things came up and new opportunities had presented themselves for me to try. While working there I started as a line cook, then moved into a CSR position, and finally became acquainted with all the other responsibilities in the restaurant. At that point I became a Shift Manager and assisted with developing goals to improve the working environment as well as our relationship with our customers. I developed competitions and reward systems to better enhance the working experience and foster a sense of unity with all employees.
