• Attend VA Long Beach Clinics to assist walk-in applicants, conduct client intake interviews, prepare and discuss engagement letters, assist with initial online applications, and draft referral letters.• Prepare documents for weekly attorney roundtable meetings, update case management software with client data, and write interview summaries for attorney review.• Assist in the preparation and scheduling for the firm’s twelve-monthly legal clinics, both virtual and in-person, per the managing attorney’s requests.
