Part of Indirect North America Business Operations (Channel) of Oracle and responsible for closely working with major Resellers and VADS.Internal training to the new joiners with respect to the SPOC, standard order process and the complexities involved in the process.Generating Quality Reports on a daily/weekly and monthly basis, EOD Report, CMRB Status Report, Output Quality Report for the team (LAD).Taking requests from Sales, Contracts & Collections team for Credit Memo-Rebills and processing the same as per the requirement. I am SPOC of CMRB for LAD (Main point of contact).Educating Contracts/Sales team across the America region with latest application and process changes.
