• Responsible to maintain and grow deeper relationship with clients.• Handled a team of 10-12 members • Responsible for entire Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, interviewing, Selection, Hiring, Negotiation, Post Offer Follow up.• Understand the priority of the requirements and work accordingly to find suitable candidates in the least possible time. • Format resumes to highlight the necessary skill sets as it relates to client project requirements and in accordance with clients resume submittal guidelines.• Submit appropriate qualified resumes for each requirement as required by clientResponsible for organizing and conducting interview.• Scheduling interviews with the HR manager & collecting feedback post interview.• Ensuring the joining of offered candidates.• Handling regular weekly & monthly reviews.

• Conduct candidate Sourcing/Screening by utilizing various channels (internal database, job boards, referrals, social media and LinkedIn) based on position requirements and provide recommendations to the Hiring Manager.• Interact with candidates and conduct phone screens to capture details of their skills and experience.• Plan and participate in the selection process to select the most suitable internal/external candidates.• Salary negotiations with candidates and working within the hiring budget.• Schedule candidate interviews with Hiring Manager and other stakeholders.• Extend offers and negotiate (as/when needed) with candidates till closure and send new hire package.• Conduct reference check for selected candidates.• Closing all the requirements within timelines.• Set internal standards on recruitment through bench-marking/best practices.• Utilize all internal recruiting technology systems in order to track all candidate activity.

• Good in working with 3 to 5 requirements in a day and making 1 to 2 resumes for each requirement• Responsible for recruiting qualified professionals interested in Corp-2-Corp/Individual Corp-2-Corp, W2 and Contract-To-Hire type employment• Recruited for all IT levels of consultants in all categories - Citizen, Green Card, TN, and H1B, OPT.• Rate Negotiations with prospective candidates & vendors• Have good experience working in IT industries requirements like Business Analyst, QA Analyst, Network Engineer, Service now, Devops Engineer, Project Manager etc.• Sourcing the profiles matching as per the company's requirements through available in-house database and searching on Job Portals.• Participate in the exchange of recruitment knowledge and best practices.• Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management and the Enterprise applicant tracking system.• Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Hiring Manager on regular basis.
