• Developing a deep understanding of our team's technical capacity and goals• Managing relationships with our stakeholders/internal customers; customer and stakeholder management will be a key component of this role• Navigating projects between Data Platform Engineering and other teams across.• Ensuring projects are not developed or delivered in isolation from each other, but rather as complementary projects with clear scopes that contribute to the larger goals of Data Platform Engineering• Applying and training our team on project management good practices and tools• To plan a program in such a way that resources are allocated across projects appropriately to maximize efficiency• To maintain the program documentation that includes all plans, deadline, & briefs• To monitor the progress of the program• To handle escalations, resolve issues, and take corrective actions if required• Set up the program governance• Ensure the quality of project deliverables & adherence to the budget assigned• To handle the dependencies between projects• To manage the risks involved in the program• Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects• Decide on suitable strategies and objectives• Coordinate cross-project activities• Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors• Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI• Resolve projects’ higher scope issues• Prepare reports for program directors

Daily program management throughout the program life cycle;Defining the program governance (controls);Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress;Managing the program’s budget;Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements;Coordinating the projects and their inter-dependencies;Managing and utilizing resources across projects;Managing stakeholders’ communication;Aligning the deliverable (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the business change manager; andManaging the main program documentations such as the program initiation document.

• Well versed with SDLC – Agile, Scrum methodologies and Kanban Process.• Vast experience with mobile technologies Android, iOS, Blackberry and Palm PPC devices.• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Bug Life Cycle• Expertise in Manual testing & Mobile Application Testing• Extensive experience in Sanity testing, Feature testing, Functional testing, System testing, Compatibility testing, Retesting, Regression Testing, Performance testing, Load testing and stress testing in mobile handsets and web-based applications• Handling the outsourced team of QA (Allocating work etc).• Good Knowledge of UNIX/Linux commands• Expertise in test management using QC or JIRA and Rally• Well versed with SDLC – Agile, Scrum methodologies and Kanban Process• Involved in testing during the system testing or UAT phases• Expertise in test management using QC or JIRA and Rally• Expertise in Handling and resolve issues escalated in the production environment.• Managed and coordinated with the offshore team for completion of project tasks• Having Good exposure to work with Salesforce as L2 level product support• Have worked in Devops framework using latest tools and processes.• Good experience with Openshift, docker and elastic search for testing.• Having experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous delivery process.• Worked efficiently in setting up process, guidelines for best outcome in less efforts and investments with most customer satisfaction.• Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery• Deploying and managing resources for testing• Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team• Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.

• Testing of mobile application Windows Mobile, , Android ,IPhone and Blackberry• Test cases creation by using tool ‘Velocity’ to achieve high quality level product.• Testing for WAPSITE and Websites • Bug tracking and reporting in different Bug Tracking tools – Extraview(provided by client) and Bugzilla • Expertise in Functional testing, Unit testing, Integration testing, Data Driven Testing, Regression testing, Black box testing, GUI testing, SEO testing.• SQL Server 2008 and sqlplus• Tracking of server through the server logs for android and Iphone devices• Tracking of Memory related, network related and SD card related testing for Android devices.• Web based testing and testing web bases application in handheld devices.
