Testing of raw materials, improcess & finished products including process development work in drug plant. I have also handled spectrophotometer, karl fischer, ph meter, flame photometer and various insrruments used in drugs laboratories.

Challenged to handle the entire gamut of activities related to operations right from monitoring & controlling of all parameters of Caustic Soda plant with Distributed Control System. Efficiently handling of all equipments used in Caustic Soda Plant.Actively involved in different types of troubleshooting related to smooth operation of plant. Man power handling.Input/ Output Material balance.Planning and implementation of cell maintenance / refurbishment.To generate reports w.r.t. electrolyser performance, production and plant efficiencies.Production/Dispatch report generation and reporting up to MD levelInvolvement in Equipment & Man power Safety.
